​1. Payment and Confirmation

To confirm your reservation for our shuttle and tour services, full payment is required before the commencement of any service. This ensures that your booking is secured and that we can adequately prepare for your needs. Please note that reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.

 

Additionally, we offer a taxi service for immediate or short-notice pickups, such as from the airport. This service does not require advance payment. Payment for taxi services is to be settled upon completion of the ride.

 

2. Behavioral Expectations and Guide Authority

 

Our guides are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all participants. They have the authority to manage and address any disruptive, disrespectful, or unruly behavior. To maintain a conducive environment, guides may eject individuals or parties who do not comply with our rules and guidelines. Such ejections will occur without refund, as the guide’s decision is final in preserving the quality of the experience for all guests.

 

3. Recording and Liability Waiver

 

By participating in our services, you and your party consent to being recorded for safety and monitoring purposes. This recording helps us ensure the wellbeing of all passengers. All footage will be handled confidentially and used exclusively for safety and operational purposes.

 

You acknowledge and accept that Old Faithful and Friends LLC, along with its employees, are not liable for any injuries or damages that may arise during your trip. Participation in our activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, altitude sickness, accidents, injury, or even death. By booking with us, you assume full responsibility for these risks and agree to waive any claims against our company.

 

4. Weather Conditions and Cancellations

 

Safety is our top priority. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel services and issue refunds to ensure safety. If Yellowstone National Park is closed by the National Park Service due to weather, you will receive a full refund. However, we generally do not cancel services solely due to weather conditions, given the park’s reputation for variable weather. We recommend checking our website for weather-related updates and information before finalizing your booking.

 

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Our refund policy is as follows:

 

Full Refund: If you cancel more than one month before the scheduled service, you will receive a full refund.

 

50% Refund: Cancellations made between two weeks and one month before the scheduled service will be eligible for a 50% refund.

 

No Refund: Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled service will not be refunded. No refunds will be provided for tours or shuttles that have already been completed.

 

 

6. Compliance with National Park Service Regulations

 

All tours operated by Old Faithful and Friends must adhere to the regulations set forth by the National Park Service. Our drivers have the discretion to return to the starting point if adverse weather conditions pose a safety risk. By booking and participating in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement is binding on you, your heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and estate, as well as all members of your party, including minor children. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and successful experience for all involved.
