Payment must be received in full prior to the start of the Shuttle.Guides have the right to dismiss and eject any party from a service if they are disruptive, disrespectful, or unruly. Guides are responsible for ensuring an enjoyable experience for all parties involved; therefore, any behavior that detracts from that experience is unacceptable. It is the tour guide's responsibility to make sure that all participants follow the rules and guidelines of our services. If any party fails to do so, the tour guide may eject them from the service and no refund will be given. Guides reserve the right to eject any party from the service at any time if their behavior is not in accordance with the company’s regulations.By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are ensuring that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

By signing this page, you and all members of your party acknowledge that they will be recorded on camera throughout the duration of the ride. This helps us to monitor safety and ensure the wellbeing of our passengers. We understand that some passengers may have concerns about being recorded, but we want to reassure you that all footage is kept confidential and used for safety purposes only. The footage belongs to Old Faithful and Friends LLC. Due to the nature of our shuttle service, we must make it clear that you cannot sue Old Faithful and Friends LLC  or its employees for any injuries or damages that may occur during your trip. The trip naturally contains dangers, and all passengers assume the risks and consequences of their participation. By booking your trip, you agree to these terms and conditions.At Old Faithful and friends, safety is our top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we may have to cancel and refund shuttles to ensure the safety of our passengers and drivers.

Although Old Faithful and Friends has taken reasonable steps to provide me with appropriate equipment and skilled guides so I can enjoy an activity for which I may not be skilled or equipped, Old Faithful and Friends has informed me this activity is not without risk. Certain risks are inherent in each activity and cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of the activity. These inherent risks are some of the same elements that contribute to the unique character of this activity and can be the cause of loss or damage to my equipment, or accidental injury, illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. Old Faithful and Friends does not want to frighten me or reduce my enthusiasm for this activity, but believes it is important for me to know in advance what to expect and to be informed of the inherent risks. I am aware that Old Faithful and Friends entails risks of injury or death to any participant. I understand the description of these inherent risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated inherent risks may result in injury or death. I agree to assume and accept full responsibility for the risks identified herein and those inherent risks not specifically identified. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary; no one is forcing me to participate, and I elect to participate in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks.I acknowledge that engaging in this activity may require a degree of skill and knowledge different from other activities, and that I have responsibilities as a participant. I acknowledge that the staff of Old Faithful and Friends has been available to more fully explain to me the nature and physical demands of this activity and the inherent risks, hazards, and dangers associated with this activity.I certify that I am fully capable of participating in this activity. Therefore, I assume and accept full responsibility for myself, including all minor children in my care, custody, and control, for bodily injury, death, or loss of personal property and expenses as a result of those inherent risks and dangers identified herein and those inherent risks and dangers not specifically identified, and, as a result of my negligence while participating in this activity.

I have carefully read, clearly understand and accept the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate and for all members of my family, including minor children.

 Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cancel outside one month you will receive half of the ticket cost. If you must cancel within 1 month of the tour/service, there are no refunds. We are unable to provide refunds for any tours/shuttles that have already been completed.

 

If the National Park Service closes Yellowstone due to extreme weather, we will fully refund tickets. Otherwise, we do not cancel our rides due to extreme weather, as Yellowstone is known for its extreme weather conditions. If you are concerned about the weather, please check our website for more information before booking your transportation. 

In the event of adverse weather conditions, we may have to cancel and refund shuttles to ensure the safety of our passengers and drivers.

 

Our drivers also have the authority to turn back in case of  bad weather conditions. Please check our website for updates on weather-related cancellations or contact us if you have any questions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and successful trip..
