By booking or participating in any of our services—including shuttle, taxi, and guided tours—you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Shuttle Services:

• Full Refund: Cancel more than 30 days in advance.

• No Refund: Cancel within 14 days of scheduled service.

Tour Services:

• No Refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date.

General:

• No refunds will be issued for services already completed or for no-shows.

• All refund requests must be submitted via email.

2. Reservations, Payment, and Confirmation

• Shuttle and Tour Services: Full payment is required in advance to confirm your reservation.

• Taxi Services: Payment for immediate or short-notice taxi rides (such as airport pickups) is due at the time of service. Advance payment is not required for taxi rides.

3. Guest Conduct, Guide Authority, and Park Regulations

To ensure a positive and respectful environment for all guests:

• Our guides have full authority to manage participant behavior during tours or shuttle services.

• All guests must comply with National Park Service (NPS) rules and regulations while on any of our services. These rules are enforced to protect the park, wildlife, and the safety of all visitors.

• If a guest becomes disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or excessively rowdy, the guide or driver reserves the right to immediately eject the individual(s) from the vehicle or tour without refund.

• The guide’s or driver’s decision is final and made in the best interest of guest safety, legal compliance, and preserving the experience for others.

4. Liability Waiver and Consent to Monitoring

• Participation in our services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and transportation-related hazards.

• By booking with Old Faithful and Friends, you and all members of your party voluntarily assume these risks.

• Old Faithful and Friends LLC, its employees, and contractors are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or life-threatening situations that may occur during the course of your service.

• Some services may include audio or video recording for safety and operational monitoring. Participation constitutes consent to this monitoring, which is handled confidentially and used solely for internal purposes.

5. Weather, Road Conditions, and Cancellations

• We prioritize guest safety above all. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to cancel services and provide full or partial refunds as appropriate.

• If Yellowstone National Park is officially closed by the National Park Service, you will receive a full refund.

• Routine weather variability is common in the region and does not typically result in cancellations. Please check our website or contact us for updates prior to your scheduled service.

6. National Park Service Compliance

Old Faithful and Friends is fully licensed and operates in compliance with all applicable National Park Service (NPS) rules and regulations. Drivers and guides reserve the right to modify or cancel routes if environmental or safety conditions warrant it.

7. Responsibility for Damages

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused, whether intentionally or through negligence, to vehicles, equipment, or other company property. Old Faithful and Friends reserves the right to pursue compensation for such damages.

8. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By booking or participating in our services, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• Accept all associated risks and responsibilities.

• Are entering into this agreement on behalf of yourself and all parties in your booking, including minors, heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.
